It was carnage time from Shahid Afridi as the Hampshire all-rounder smashed his first ever t20 hundred against the Derbyshire. It was the quarterfinal of the NatWest T20 blast 2017 and in this crucial game Shahid Afridi stood up tall for his team. It was a remarkable innings from the right hander.

Afridi came in as an opener. This was the first time in this event that he was promoted up the order. In the previous games Afridi was batting in the lower middle order and there were not much significant performances from him with the bat. Hampshire made a different plan for this game.
